MTV THE GRIND GAVE US ALOT OF FREE GIFTS LIKE BACKPACKS WITH MTV THE GRIND LABEL,T-SHIRTS WITH THE GRIND ON FRONT OF THE SHIRT,MTV THE GRIND BLACK CAPS,IMPULSE BODY SPRAY FOR THE GIRLS,CANDY ON COMMERCIAL BREAKS,EVERY FRIDAY I DANCED,I WENT HOME WITH SOMETHING,GREAT MEMORIES.

@2pacster1 no their not. i was at a taping of the grind, it wasn't a house music theme like this episode was, it was more mainstream pop music, but we were not paid. we basically got a free tshirt, free drinks, and free snacks;hot wings and other crap. if we weren't dancing well enough one of the producers kicked us out after each set and we ha to leave. it was the worst experience ever, but at least I got my 2 minutes of fame. i just need to hope someone uploads that episode.

@daj31666 that's jessica,she use to dance on club mtv,once they cancelled she came over to the grind,some of the grind dancers didnt want to accept the club mtv dancers to our show,only a few got thru that auditioned,

Honestly I think a part of the obesity problem we have in the western world these days is due to the fact that we can't let loose and dance like this anymore. Moving your body and exercising is seen as a necessary evil instead of a fun and natural activity.
