Yeah, they really genuinely care about their fans/audience, don't take every stage for granted, and do something extras in every performance, notice how they do 360 performance and fan service so nobody left out. Other idols maybe better at vocal, but Le Sserafim absolutely is one of the best at performance, fan service, and crowd control, by far. Hence other idols often got dead crowd, even in their own concert, and Le Sserafim never has one, even in general audience/festival/award night like this.
