Samosa pad recipe:
Plain flour - 2 cups
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Around ¾ cups of warm water
Samosa filling recipe:
Water
Potatoes - 2
Some salt
Green peas - 2 handfuls
Green chillies - 4
Small red onions - 3
Some curry leaves
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Chilli flakes - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Some cheese
