High Quality means 1. Never use Aluminum pots or foils 2. Never reuse cooking oil Once cooking is over the left over oil should be discarded. 3. No Synthetic Preservatives 4. No Synthetic Colours and Synthetic Additives 5. No Synthetic Fillers 6. Those branded organic must be pure 100% organic 7. Storage and Kitchen should be well maintained neat and clean. 8.Storage and Display temperature should be controlled. 7. Food Handling and Food Safety procedures should be 100% followed and staff should be properly trained. 8. Food should be marked with accurate expiry date and time and should be sold before or discarded after. This is my definition of High Quality. I hope Sonas follow the above criteria. There may be other points to follow.
