YOU LIKE ? how about pummeling while moving front - back - left - right ? do the above and make slapper - training knees ! do all the above and transition to single arm under hook deep { shoulder blade area } to immediate pull same side !! 4 directional movements with pulls is mid level greco ! the above introduces the possibility of timing and position of throws !! randy couture training clinch video is excellent for deep demonstrations of some clinch and throws. couture only does a few moves out of the many many available.
