Have you been using your legs your entire life for lifting, walking and running? Well chances are you've put plenty of microfractures on your shins along the way. Next step hitting the heavy bag to dull the nerves along the shin and jogging lots of jogging. Idk why you let someone run a stick down your shin that's not how it's done at all. Your shins are never going to be some invincible part of your body you're going to feel pain that's a big part of Muay Thai.
