I discovered this kick by accident! My room is too small and the furnitures are in the way of my left heavy bag side. So i have to lift my left knee first before I can fully kick (2 months).Now i want to develop my right leg after knowing that this kick actually exist but not as comfortable as I can with my left.🙁
