When sparring you want to feel out your partner. If it seems like they don't want to commit or go too hard, then go easy as well. This allows the sparring environment to even out instead of being one-sided. Oftentimes, we can get carried away especially when things get more intense. Just remember that your partner is there to help you train. And not everyone wants to go all out. Some want to work on technique and just flow a bit. So feel out your partner and spar accordingly.
Note: These sparring sessions are just samples to give viewers an idea of how we spar. They do not represent all our daily sessions including hard sparring.
