I remember seeing the channel 7 logo as a kid all the time when my family watches Thai movies. The music with the old Thai training video makes me feel a deep spiritual romantic connection to this. Need to go back to Thailand to accomplish what I couldn’t the first time I was in Bangkok.

I was in Thailand and Cambodia for months and trained for a bit. Didn’t achieve what I wanted. I always watch this video and other golden era gym one. The video and soundtrack make me think a lot and reminisce on doing something bigger than yourself

These vids are available in Thailand. Some of it used to be broadcasted on national television. But I think much of the content must be available in VHS. You need equipments to transfer them to digital medium.
