@@NealBritt yeah, it was quiet the experience... the 21 59GL has been awesome thus far. Being taller, if there were more manufacturers of super high roof PM, cost effective...would be great
@NealBritt3 ай бұрын
@SCP-SAM Yeah, none of the big manufacturers have plans to use the super high roof from what we have heard… but to be honest we’d never purchase from one of the big manufacturers again. Our Noovo really blows them out of the water with quality and high end components.

Looking good. I’ll have to do the same for our EKKO’s trim! Also need to look into tires. Over 10K on original factory ones.
@NealBritt3 ай бұрын
Thanks! Yeah, you do not want to run those stock tires too long. We luckily got 30k out of them on our Ekko.

Did you have to do anything to the suspension or spacers for the upgrade on the wheels and tires? Looked to give like an inch of clearance, be worth the upgrade if not.
@NealBritt3 ай бұрын
Nope, no suspension, spacers, or trimming needed! Noovo does put sumo springs on all their vans and after installing them on a few vans they do give a little lift. Definitely worth the upgrade to all terrains and after trying many different brands and models of tires over the years, we always recommend the fallen wildpeaks. The new AT4s have now been on two of our vans and we really like the upgrades they’ve made from the AT3’s.

We currently own a C class Quantum MB24 on Sprinter chassis and have been looking at the Ekko for months now as a possible new rig. The Quantum is not very “nibble”. I had seen videos of the Noovo Plus and after showing my wife we may be switching gears. Share a little of your thoughts in the switch for you two.

It really came down to quality first and foremost. We wanted something that would not fall apart and had nothing but the best when it came to components. For example is all the walls, cupboards, etc. All these large big name manufacturers use MDF board which is horrible and falls apart if it gets wet & the laminate peels easily. Noovo uses marine layered plywood, same as used in yachts. Made to get wet, a solid wood, and will last forever. Then when it comes to components Noovo uses the best. All victron for the electronics. Rixen heater and on demand hot water that runs off the gas tank. Top of the line and you just know they work. The big manufacturers use horrible components for the most part because they are in contracts with the companies because they are cheap and/or owned by the same company so they must use them. Lastly, Noovo treats customers like family and stays true to their commitment of providing the best service and quality for the money. The buying process and beyond has been incredible for us.

@@NealBritt Thank you for the reply. Appreciate your insight. Maybe a round trip flight from FL to Vegas to visit Noovo is in order.

How are your traction boards mounted? Are those drilled, suction cup or something else? Thanks!!
@NealBritt3 ай бұрын
They are Owl Vans Traction Board Magnetic Mounts. We have driven almost 2,000 miles with them on and they haven’t moved. Very good magnets!

We love watching you guys...& all that you've done to your beautiful van is great. Out of sincere concern, I'm curious if you've weighed your van. I know the OCCC of the Noovo (& class Bs in general) & they aren't very high. Once you deduct the water & the passengers & pets, you don't have much left unfortunately for personal items, food, necessities & mods. I'm assuming you're aware, but please use caution - because it's a high risk for you & others. 😔

Thanks for watching and the kind words! 😃 Yeah, I (Neal) use to work on the executive management side in the logistics and trucking world so weight is something I am very aware and cautious about. Call it a left over habit of working in the industry 😂 Loaded weight we are less than the majority of class b’s dry weight. One of the reason we love the Noovo’s. Built properly and comes in lighter than the majority of camper vans on the market.

@@NealBritt Yes, we love the noovo too... we're in the process of purchasing a Noovo Plus.

does the Starlink work when you are driving?
@NealBritt2 ай бұрын
Yes, if you have it mounted it will work when driving now if on the roam plan. Just a week or two ago they made it so anyone on the roam plan now has in motion use.
