We call them Alimango in Philippines and the best we to cook them is to stew them in coconut milk with green beans, squash and lots of onions. Ugh, so freaking yummy!

my problem with all these channels hunting for crabs, lobster, clams and any other seafood you can think of ... is the speak about the legal size allowed to harvest sea creatures ... my issue is the sea and all waterways are fully accesable to natural predators which do not recognize man made rules ... seabirds, sea predators do what the f**k they want ... so it is ignorant and stupid to abide by these ridiculous rules
