Mud, Sweat & Tears: The Alston Run

A green lane ride with friends from the local Northumbria TRF group. A popular loop from Hexham to Alston in the Pennine Hills.
5 Husqvarnas, 2 KTMs and 1 Beta.
We could have picked better weather!
Lots of mud, lots of sweat heaving bikes out of the mud, but thankfully the tears were tears of laughter due to the good humour of the company.
Several 'offs' due to slippery tracks, and bikes bogged down in the mud, but no injuries and all bikes made it back to Hexham. A great day out with good friends - just what trail riding is about.

Hi good vid, do you know the current status of the Tynehead lane, it was closed last July due to the bridge (were you had a dab😜) being in a poor condition?

I believe that it is still closed, sadly.
