Now that's just fantastic!! I just got one of these (my second actually, but sold the first a good number of years ago) and am planning on giving it a descent paint job and was wondering how to mud-it-up without it costing too much in the way of pigments n stuff. Truly genius idea! And I guess if you wanted it to look dry then using lighter colours and a coat of matt clear at the end would do the job! Thanks pal!

Tremendous job! Just bought a Tiger 1 and was wondering how to look muddy,can you use this technique on the tracks too? will it stay?
@RCTanksTrucks2478 жыл бұрын
+Mark McIntosh thanks Mark, glad you liked it. Once dried it is very strong yet flexible so it would stay on the tracks to a degree. Obviously driven on tarmac it wouldn't last long.

Thanks, I like tanks looking all dirty and having slight battle damage

Amazing. Only a few decades ago, we had to invade Poland to get muddy tracks - now we just mix white glue with some dirt. If we only knew earlier.
@voytekkufner61106 жыл бұрын
For stupid comment like that some polish should brake your teeth. You are a moron.

What kind of polish? Wood polish? Brass polish? You know nothing about polish.

I don't think I can purchase this glue where I live. However, would a Elmer's white craft glue work? Thanks for the time uploading this video, it's awesome.

oh, well it does in Chicago, last year there was a lot of snow and I was playing with it with my friend, and we played until it was time for lunch. by then the tank was covered with snow XD we then left it out in the cold, as we made a snow bunker, and by then already had my friend, Ohn get out his Tiger, and I used my T-34/85, (They are both 1/16th scale and we were making it look like a tiger was getting ambushed by the T-34) so when we where done, the tiger won't start in the cold! my t-34 was fine, but the tiger didn't start like in real life! eventually it started, and we were ready for the ambush.
