Thanks so much for these videos. Will you did a great job with Madeleine’s hair, I too was thinking it was cute. I enjoy your enthusiasm Madeleine, especially smelling the mint last video. :-)

Thanks Thu Le - Madeleine cuts my hair and I cut hers (she tells me how she likes it...)

Nice creation. Can you warm it up? That would really feel like coffee if this was hot.

Thanks, and yes, absolutely. It's easy to warm it up.

Thank you for sharing this, I plan to try it out! Do you have a basic recipe you can share, it wasn't clear what all the scoops equate to in measures? Also, have you tried making the powder mix in bulk so all you have to do is add a few scoops to water or plant-based milk?

Thanks Matt - actually she says clearly 1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder per person; it's all "intuitive" also - see what works best for you - and yes, definitely feel free to mix it all together so all you have to do is add either water or plant-based milk! Enjoy!

Hi both of you. Was wondering if you might be willing to take a video request. I have never felt an inner connection to rhythm: meaning i lack the ability to play music or dance or even understand music theory. I think music is a way universal energy flows through our actual bodies, so it makes me sad to be disconnected this way. I have enjoyed your music here and also on Spotify. Would you show us how people might find music within themselves and how you nurtured your skills? Thank you if you have read this🤍

Thanks Elle - great request - never thought of that, but it's fascinating. Will work on it when I have a chance - thanks again! Cultivating rhythm awareness has many benefits, as you say.
