Mudda AapKa: Police Reforms | 21 Sept, 2022

आज हम बात करेंगे पुलिस सेवा में सुधार की। दरअसल समय-समय पर पुलिस सुधारों को लेकर सरकार ने कमिटियां और आयोगों का गठन किया लेकिन इन सब के बावजूद जो सुधार पुलिस में दिखने चाहिए थे वो नहीं दिख पाए। भारत में पुलिस सुधारों पर काम करीब चार दशक पहले शुरू हुआ था। नवीनतम आंकड़ों के मुताबिक भारत में 841 लोगों पर एक पुलिसकर्मी है। जो कि भारत में प्रति एक लाख की आबादी के लिए स्वीकृत संख्या 181 से काफी कम है। जबकि यूएन की सिफारिश संख्या 222 से और भी कम है। इसलिए पुलिस सेवा में सुधार के मुददे पर चर्चा जरूरी है। यह जानना समझना जरूरी है कि क्यों ज़रूरी है पुलिस में सुधार । आखिर पुलिस सुधारों की प्रकृति में बदलाव की ज़रूरत क्यों है। मॉडल पुलिस अधिनियम की क्या विशेषताएँ हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की क्या गाइडलाइन है और इस मुद्दे पर सरकार का क्या रुख रहा है।

An IPS officer should be heading the police station instead of inspector level employee. Presently they followed the same in Nuh, all 14 police stations were headed by IPS. IO should be sensitive and qualified enough to scrutinize the case and, write it properly. mugalia language while writing the case must be abolished like vardat ki tehrir ke baad, taftish karke tasdik kar denge. No one understands
