Looks pretty fun! My daughter and I are doing one in a few weeks (she’s the one that *wants* to do it, but since she’s not yet 14, she needs an adult with her so I’m going). Encouraging to see a lot of people walking the majority of the course. I can walk 2+ miles pretty easy….”running”, I’m doing good to go 0.25 miles at a 11 min mile pace before having to walk.

Sensory processing issues, ASD, etc to name a couple valid reasons. People enjoy what they can and try not to let them limit their enjoyment of things.

Thinking of going this month. Are there showers or a changing station after the race?

I didn’t see any when I ran in 2020 but I wasn’t really looking since a lot of races don’t provide them. I always take clothes to run in and clothes to wear on the car ride home. Trash bags for anything muddy and towels to sit on in the car.

Does anyone try to run through the obstacles?

Yeah for sure. In a lot of mud runs there are elite heats or competitive heats that run the whole course. This video was just a fun run and my friend has asthma so we didn’t run this race. I’ve ran a fun run before. :)
