I have a Logitech G28 wheel and a saitek side panel, I think there are lots of different setups that work, it depends what you get used to

perishable goods like eggs and bread should have minimal price fluctuation, it makes no sense storing them for months waiting for a good price

I am guilty of this, but I think they should implement a "must sell by date" in the game so you cannot store perishable goods indefinitely.
