Im sure you have probably learnt about the bale film by now but its only cosmetic. Using it looks like wrapping your bales in clingfilm instead of a net. You still have to use ronni wrap and a wrapper after to get silage bales.

do not get a shed where you have to supply the materials yourself. its takes ages to process the phases and is 7-10 times more expensive when you consider the money you would be getting if you sold the materials. giants messed up the balancing on that

In your last video,I posted about the Fendt Tele handler, I just realized that the Strautmann trailers have pin hitch connectors, so they should work with the fendt.

I am aware you are pre recording multiple episodes ahead of time but if you have not found out yet the most recent patch fixes the built-in stone pile at the dredger so you can use belts or shovels to pick them up. If that does not work, the lizard Forage pick up header does work. Also, if you ever get fed up with not being able to playground use the Tele handler for trailers or field implements. The Merlot model has a three point hitch with PTO on the back of it. Otherwise, the fence Tele handler has a pin hitch on the back.

I use the Lizard belt system mod that puts it into a trailer to move the stones

you can use the belts but you need to turn them on! i have 5 belts in my game walk up to it and enter the belt/vehicle :D

While repairing and repainting doesn't make TONS of extra profit, it does make some. If you are 100% for sure about to sell some equipment, it makes no sense to not repair and repaint as you will spend money, but then you will immediately get that money back + some extra. It might only be a few hundred or thousand dollars/pounds, but the 2 seconds it takes to click a few buttons will usually make you as much as doing a (small) contract and can make even tens of thousands on expensive equipment. I highly recommend always repairing and repainting, especially since you are taking the equipment to the shop to sell already.

While this was the case in FS22, in FS25 it doesn't appear to be, to some older kit it makes no difference to the sale price at all

@@farmersythe In my single player worlds on both of the vanilla maps, I've bought and sold "On Sale" equipment, repaired & repainted, then sold them for profit. In every case, regardless of the age of the equipment, repairing and repainting has always increased the profit. Additionally, when selling equipment I've owned, used, and was selling to upgrade to better stuff, repairing and repainting has also also increased the sell price more than the cost of repairing and repainting every time. Granted, if the equipment was very cheap (such as some of the starter farm stuff) or had a low value due to age, the increase was minimal, but was still always more than the cost of the refurbishments. If I get lucky and get a few very expensive pieces of equipment (such as harvesters) in the "On Sale" page, the increase in profit has been substantial. Some months I earn several hundred thousand dollars from refurbishing and reselling "On Sale" equipment alone. I think there were some instances of the price not increasing early after release, but that seems to have been addressed in one of the updates and I've only ever seen it increase the value since then.

You can’t use the debris crusher at the cement factory. You have to buy one. I think it says you don’t own this land even though you bought the cement factory.

I have a Logitech G28 wheel and a saitek side panel, I think there are lots of different setups that work, it depends what you get used to

perishable goods like eggs and bread should have minimal price fluctuation, it makes no sense storing them for months waiting for a good price

I am guilty of this, but I think they should implement a "must sell by date" in the game so you cannot store perishable goods indefinitely.

The cement factory literally produces only 3-4 items total per month... payback is so slow that I would invest elsewhere else early game

i dont know how far you are with the recording in advance, but im not a fan of the whole mega loan for cement factory idea. like the other comment said, you will need an extra debris crusher and you have to constantly move stones (look at daggerwin). not enjoyable

Just a FYI, Peanut bought the cement plant and there is a issue with the free stones there, He had to also buy a debris crusher to get free stones to use at plant

Nice episode as always Robert. Having the income a bit more than the expenses, make you a bit more flexible to advance in this roleplay, although in real life it is for sure struggling. You forgot to name the dog. I have suggested BROOK (for my late German Shorthaired Pointer, whom I miss every day) 🐶

U are growing the same crop in field 32 and 35. So I think u should join 34, 35 and 44 and then separate 32 into two parts to grow the grass and the other crop. It would save the time to move equipment over from 32 to 35

Hey man.. when u run out of stuff to do in feature Friday's... U can do a series on showing off all the different vehicles in the game. There are plenty of new players like myself and some equipment often have multiple functions which aren't shown directly in the description
