The kahawai nice chopped in with the mussel and batter recipe. Condition frying pan fry non stick. Add season butter and fermented salt last. ~🤌🏽

You need to remember that the mighty kahawai have soft mouths so if you apply too much pressure to the fish you just tear out the hook Also if you swap the trebs for single hooks you'll have way better success Chur the bro
