Basically Mufasa got flown down river away from his home, Taka (scar) found him and brought him to his family. Scar's father wants only scar to rule in their pride, but now Mufasa would be helping them. The white lions showed up, their leader is a Dictator who wants to rule everywhere and Mufasa and Scar run away to find their home which will be pride rock.

I think Mufasa is a lost heir from the pride lands because they never showed the pride rock, so maybe scar was a prince for a unknown territory far from there

I’m intrigued I’m not going to lie I thought the first live action lion king was just ok? Obviously not better than the animated one not even close this could be good? Maybe we’ll see
