If we follow the teachings of Qur'an, somewhere inside our heart there is a satisfaction for everything we do. This satisfaction consoles a heart and relaxes a soul. ALHUMDULILLAH and I am greatly thankful to Allah for everything that He bestowed upon me; the most beautiful form of rizq is not only money, but it's also tranquility of a soul, healthiness of a body, purity of a heart, soundness of thoughts and a beautiful soul full of Emaan. I have found myself to have all the reasons against this or that concerning parents but lately realised that I had a behavior that was far away from patience, one has to realize our parents were born at a different time, different generations, different upbringing, that they have had their own issues, their own childhood filled with good or bad or even highly traumatic events...yet, they carried on ... They surely make mistakes just like every human being make...as children, having everything is easy ...growing up in the age where technologies are spreading and having everything makes us grow sometimes very ungrateful... We expect things from others that we don't expect for ourselves. We follow trends and whatever makes us temporarily happy ... And we tend to forget that our own choices bring us good or bad results...then the finger pointing exercise starts trying to find who is guilty for our own sadness. There are healthy families where everything looks good and fantastic yet underlying issues...and there are what people call "Toxic" families because issues are not addressed properly and not resolved and teachings not passed on...where one would rather move on and forget than speak true feelings and grudging on them. So to make it short before constantly feeling down or thinking parents are always at fault ...and even when they are ...one must try to understand what they've been through and where they come from. And sometimes we have to look into ourselves and at ourselves to change and see changes around us. Easier said than done but I pray everyone having family problems will find a healthy and positive way to deal with it and In Sha Allah heal the wounds of the past with the Help of Allah the most High ,🤲🏼💕💗🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🤲🏼🤲🏼🤲🏼🤲🏼🤲🏼

As a Hindu I can see that whatever your pathway to God you come across challenges that are common. You give advice beautifully. Allah bless you. I would love to hear you talk about the Importance of living with All in peace and harmony. Why do we use religion to divide us? Yet all religions teach us to be loving .Thank you.

By simply saying I am Muslim around my phone and begin to pray regularly these videos have come through my thread. I appreciate your words to help me further understand. I really don't want to speak English anymore and it is difficult when I feel as if I have no choice I put the energy out there that I am going against something and people still try and talk to me when I don't even know them. It's like they know it I am ready to meet Allah SwT. .

In our society our ustaz say that we shud yes to everything parents say even she say 5+2=10 we must say yes yes thats correct. N m against that. U right we need to teach n correct our parents so that they hv correct knowledge. I am always in line w yur thoughts mufti menk. Alhamdulillah. Islam is fair beautiful and mostly common sense indeed

This is a valuable topic- many families have issues/dysfunctions and do not understand the basis. And of course, there is complexity in all human relationships. Each of us must persevere, keep seeking understanding, be open to change; and, develop true faith in the teachings of Islam. When components are in place, other parts will fall and fit into place.
