The Parliament is a Constitutional House which means it is not supposed to be troubled in any way whatsoever! I mean that if the President was supposed to address the Nation in Parliament He should do it with dignity and without any kind of disrruption, if he understands this and knows his obligation as a president he was not supposed to be in Parliament pending the Constitutional Court Ruling on Nkandla. Unless he was cleared of the Crimes thereof. I therefore want to emphasise that as a South African Citizen I don't want to entertain any kind of delay of National Address Speech because that is very important in Nation Building and Political Freedom as well.
