His strongest possession ea is kinda a weaker version of kumagawas all fiction. Ea confronts you with a reality where you and whatever it hits doesn't exist and can erase beeings or at best planets while kuma with his all fiction once almost erased the concept of reality itself (before the other minus broke his arms to calm him down). And that is only all fiction not to mention April fiction , bookmaker or non fiction. You also have to keep in mind that there are other characters in medaka box like anshinin or iihiko who could whipe the floor with the old kumagawa (pre 100 gauntlets +unskilled + what ever else crazy shit anshinin gave him after she died)

It'd probably go like this Kumagawa probably tries to hit him and dies. All Fictions hisself and fight again and again (assuming he doesn't have intel about Accelerator's ability) until he realizes somehow vectors are working against him. He might as well have fun erasing all vectors in the world knowing that it would break the laws of reality sooo bad. Or he'd just All Fiction Accel's ability to control vectors or better yet Accel's very existence. I don't think Accelerator can deflect that since All Fiction has no vectors. Besides if that won't work a Bookmaker should work fine against him or erase his own time to do an instantaneous attack that vectors might not react in time to deflect
