Hardening of muscles in the groin is an aspect of highness after chewing, and its much worse in Miraa (Kangeta)..The effect is much like taking 20 beers and pissing in your pants. It is not a stage of addiction as peddled by the pseudo scientist. Miraa and Mogoka are stimulants much like coffee, the major issue with them is the time spent idling when chewing. In a country where youths have no jobs, they offer a cheap way to spend time, rather go robbing people.
