Man when he said his mother comment its hit so hard. My mother died in 2012 when I was 15, I've given up on religion though I believe in a creator due to that event. And I constantly feel down no matter how hard I try to be happy and keep going. It feels at this point, pointless. My eyes are heavy, my motivations shrinking, I keep working to get in a better place, but I'm still alone. I try to make friends and relationships, but they always end badly. I try to live empathetically and good to improve my community. I wish I could end war and conflict. Yet I end up in so many other little things and I don't know why, if it's me or what? Muhammad knew the contents of the books of the Bible only by hearsay, so he repeatedly twisted biblical facts, gave contradictory information, confused names, persons, events and chronological order. As a result, the Qur'an carelessly combines characters from very different historical periods. Nemrod, Abraham, Haman and Moses are depicted as living at a time when there was a flood and when the Tower of Babel was being built. Since Moses and Aaron's sister was called Miriam, the founder of Islam erroneously assumed that she was Jesus' mother, even though the two figures are separated by a distance of more than a thousand years (sura 19:28). The confusion between Jesus' mother and Moses' sister illustrates well Muhammad's complete ignorance of the various periods of biblical events.
