She never once considered being grateful to the people of Sweden; it never occurred to her.

Did you notice the quizzical look when Douglas mentioned the fact that Mohammad 'invented' Islam? There is no questioning of that statement... if it wasn't for Mohamad there would be no Quran, no Allah, no Islam. Mohammad is the sole, the one and 'only' 'prophet' of Allah. The reality behind this is that Mohamad is Islam, Mohamad is Allah, Mohamad is the Quran.. Check out the moral character of Mohamad. In contrast the Bible was produced over many centuries through over fourty different authors in 66 books, all telling of the God of Genesis 1:1.

I went to Malaysia with my wife a few years ago. Middle aged and respectable. We saw a beautiful mosque and wanted to go in for a look. Muslims were freely admitted but we were refused entry by a very surly guard. If Muslims walk into a Christian church they are welcomed with open arms..and there IS the difference.

History isn't black and white, it's nuanced. Saying "the factual truth" when all of history existing to us is biased and only covers a tiny fraction of what happened is ridiculous and self-serving. Before you go saying that history isn't biased, consider this. Every telling of history that leaves things out contains a bias. Yet, since history isn't told in real time and doesn't contain every point of view, it must be heavily edited in order to come to a cohesive narrative. Even the best of historians is biased. So then you treating them as though reading one account makes you privy to "the facts" is a statement of ignorance.

And we cannot ignore that the current Islamic religious leaders of vast congregations issue Fatwas (death sentences) or enforce violence against apostates (people who criticize Islam). They weaponize violence to enforce belief upon the non (or less than) believers. This is common among Islam's religious leaders and in Sharia Law. When was the last time you heard the Pope, or for that matter the head of any large Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, or other denomination threaten death/violence against someone for criticizing its religion?
