This is in true sense a humanistic business approach. You not only think about yourself but for others also. I work in UAE in a company as a security guard and these people treat us like animals. They don't care about us. Don't think about our welfare, no job structure, draconian work hours , almost 14 hours a day. They want us to be perfect but we are humans, and Humans do make mistakes. After observing so much degradation here in this company. I started learning copywriting and Digital marketing to get rid of this nose knuckling job. Now i am following your footprints to roar the world with my success.

Not to do list for business 10 things one should not do to start business. 1:- Take care of mental health of your employees. 2:- Respect for all. Everyone deserves respect around you. 3:- You are not everything. You can't do everything by yourself. 4:- Client is not a God. There are a countries, where people think client is God, but you should not be like that. Client is not always right, big no for this. 5:- Be transperant, what is your future plans, strategies, policies try to share with your employees. 6:- No late salaries. 7:- Helicopter placement, Don't give chance to your current well experienced employees to promote is wrong. 8:- Never ignore the inputs wheather it is from lower level employees. 9:- Don't listen to useless things of clients, Fortune is in the hands of Almighty Allah.
