One more thing to add here People(especially some course sellers), say education is a scam. I think university is not just for a degree, it actually improves our soft skills. We can learn skills(CS, SE, IT) free from KZbin, but the most important thing in universities is the interaction with people of different thoughts and culture. which leads to an effective change and improvement in soft skills.

Hope it makes sense 😅

Great point but I disagree. One doesnt learn soft skills from University or degree. One has to work on it. How to think critically and, how to ask questions.

To all my pakistan friends. 3 things in which u guys struggle, work on it. 1st english speaking and writing. Start with simple sentences and dont complicate and learn to structure wat u mean to extend. 2nd maths, i have met pakistanis who struggle in maths. Dude we are desis humare yahan chote bache bhi hisaab me faadu hote hai and thats how u develop problem solving. 3rd learn to unlearn and evolve and assimilate wherever u go. Finally i have met pakistanis whose ambition is to earn money. Ur ambition should be to learn and then earn. Isiliye they get into odd jobs to make money, get expensive stuff and then settle with normal jobs. So dont blindly chase money. Learn then earn

Great analysis! As a beginner in software engineering and freelancing, I've experienced many of the issues mentioned and am doing my best to improve my soft skills. This video really shows how much time Muzammil Bhai puts into analysis and provides such valuable content. One thing I'd like to suggest for future videos is discussing the topic of unrealistic dreams. Many people start out with big dreams but lack the patience and effort required to achieve them. Often, they give up quickly when they don't see the expected results because these goals were unrealistic from the start. Thank you!

Absolutely Right. I've worked with many enterprise-level clients. All they need are powerful soft skills, commitment, and integrity. More soft skills to mention are Networking & Thought-provoking. These are valuable for engagement, creating impactful connections, and driving forward-thinking discussions in any professional setting.

Muzamil Bhai, I have observed that individuals in the information technology sector who start their careers later often experience rapid success. This success is frequently attributed to their proactive approach in showcasing their work on social media platforms. For instance, designers who regularly share their projects can effectively demonstrate their skills and creativity to a wider audience. Similarly, developers who present their work online can significantly enhance their visibility and marketability. By doing so, they not only attract potential employers but also build a personal brand that can lead to job opportunities and collaborations. In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is crucial. It allows professionals to network with peers, gain feedback, and stay updated on industry trends. Engaging with a community of like-minded individuals can also provide motivation and inspiration, fostering personal and professional growth.

I hired 3 developers/IT pros from Pakistan for my software agency in Toronto and had to let go of 2. The main reason was they were unavailable for meetings due to slow internet or power outages or difference of time with toronto. They weren't able to work on windows servers due to slow internet and/or high latency. They worked around 1-2 hours out of 8 and provided many excuses the next day during daily scrum. Also, there wasn't much willingness to learn new technology and adapt as clients had specific requirements. I would love to help my fellow Pakistanis, but what incentives do I have if I get better developers or workers from other countries?

Salam @Muzamil Hasan, would love a video on how to expand and create a team for someone already working as a freelancer and making $4000-5000 a month. There is a lot of opportunity to grow further but I have trust issues on assigning or outsourcing client tasks to someone else until. I like doing it myself. But due to that I feel I am stuck at once place. Please make a video on how to setup a small team, should we go with remote or get a rental place, or something similar? Looking forward to your POV. Thanks!
