𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
Ingredients For Peanut Barfi -
* Roasted Peanuts (भुनी हुई मूँगफली) - 250 Gm
* Sugar (चीनी) - 200 Gm
* Water (पानी) - 75 Ml
* Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर) - 3 Tbsp
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Almond (बादाम) - 8-10
* Cashew Nut (काजू) - 8-10
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - 8-10
* Soaked Saffron Water (भिगोया हुआ केसर पानी) - 1 Tbsp
* Butter Paper (बटर पेपर) - As Required
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take a tray or any tin, keep the butter paper in it, grease some Ghee, and keep it aside.
Roast the Peanuts on low heat and stir from time to time until they become crunchy. Then take them out on a plate & let them cool down. Then rub them between your palms & peel them off easily. Put them in a mixing jar & coarsely grind and make the Peanut Powder, then sieve the Peanut Powder. Put some Milk Powder & mix well. In a pan, put some Water and Sugar and make 1 string of Sugar Syrup. Then put the Peanut Powder in the Syrup gradually. Stir it continuously & make it lumps-free & thick. Then put some Ghee in it, and mix it well. At last, transfer the mixture to a greased tray & spread well. Dry roast some Almonds, Cashews & Pistachios for 2-4 minutes on a slow flame.
In the same pan, put Sugar & cook it on medium flame till it melts. When Sugar gets melted, put roasted Dry Fruits & mix them well. At last, put Saffron Water & cook for a while. Then immediately after put the caramelized mixture on the Peanut mixture & spread well. Keep it set overnight at room temperature. Then take it out on a plate and cut it into pieces & enjoy! In this way, super soft and tasty Peanut Chikki/Mithai/ Barfi will get ready at home.
