Yes, but Maheer's mother is narrow minded valuing money over love and relations. Money cannot make Maheer happy. Marriage should be between evenly balanced ppl, not one filthy rich and the other barely making it. Areeb's mom is not going to accept Maheer as her dil. Huge class difference.
