I used to loooove going to sleep full when I was pregnant! There was just something so cozy and comfy about it, and it really did help me sleep better! When I’m not pregnant, it’s a big no for me to sleep with a full stomach bc it feels like it’s sitting in my throat lollll

Remember to be easy on yourself. If you woke up and laid there and ate and that’s it that’s still extremely productive while pregnant since you just grew a toe lol this was hard for me to give myself a break on when I was pregnant but seriously please. I hope a bunch of strangers on the internet will convince you 🤣 but relax and just sleep/ rest wheneverrr you need before baby 😊
