I’d recommend sizing 1 size up your pre-pregnancy body in maternity clothes. Possibly even two for good measure. Them bumps do be bumpin at that 9 month mark. Plus, once you’re postpartum you’re still going to be wearing them for a bit! Having ill fitting clothes postpartum can be very triggering especially with the postpartum hormones.

Hi Meghan! I was pregnant last year, at the same time, and also suffered from awful pregnancy headaches. I started taking a 400mg magnesium supplement every day, and after about a week or 2, it **significantly** helped my headaches. If I ever had any, they were minor and hardly noticeable. Also drinking sh** tons of water really helped! I remember from last vlog you were kicking yourself for forgetting to fill your water bottle, and I used to do the same. I started carrying a gallon in the car at all times (I would refill the same one, or they make glass ones), and just fill my water bottle as needed. Hope this helps! I don't wish the pregnancy headaches on anyone 🤕 Also, random tip, if you don't have pregnancy compression socks yet, definitely get some before your next long road trip! I neglected to use them until the end of my pregnancy, and wow, what a difference. I drove 5 hours to see family, and my poor legs and feet were so so swollen. The socks help with that so much! 😊

if you’re looking for other good wool brands I recommend Devold, I’ve been using both Kari Traa and Devold my whole life and they’re amazing for norwegian winters so I’m sure they would be great for Vermont too! The brand Dovre do great ones for men, if Finn is looking for some too!

piggybacking off the budgeting in order to purchase tools in order to do your projects… there is a resource, at least within my city (Portland, OR) called, “tool libraries” normally found in churches. if you have a valid ID and proof of address, you can just rent tools that they have available that you may need for an amount of time and then return them, for free!

Oh yeah I forgot to comment in the last video but yes the film they use to put ultrasounds on will fade over time if exposed to the light whether it’s sunlight or I’m sure artificial light too😢 so I might take a pic of the ultrasound and print it out to hang up instead of the actual picture

I sized up in maternity clothes even though most places say to order your “normal” size. Especially pinkplush, I found all their stuff to run small! Also! I don’t love the bubs pregnancy pillow, I loved that big honker one though 😅 i definitely loved something to throw my leg over when I was on my side with a big ole belly! Also also!! I was 26 weeks pregnant at my baby shower and it was perfect! I had a bump but wasn’t too big to where I couldn’t enjoy it. Any bigger and I would have been so uncomfortable having to entertain everyone (I loved pregnancy and I’m so happy for you!!!)
