My dad is urhobo from delta in Nigeria, and he makes very delicious banga soup! Fresh palm oil off the African market, with some dried crayfish along with foul drumsticks, and don’t forget the craved flavor! I’m so proud to be African, we have so much naturalistic things in our land! We have the oil, fertile land, minerals, and so much more! If only we could use them better, we wouldn’t really have poverty to deal with. Great video sister! Thank you for representing us! 😁

I am American. My friend from Ghana (RIP Momma Doris) made me some chicken and fish okra stew with corn meal banku. I was skeptical to try at first because I don’t like the slime from okra.... it was very flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I went for second serving. I went to open the pot and was greeted with a fish head. She laughed at me so hard. I really miss her.
