As someone who has lived in Japan for over a year and has watched every food video about Japan that i have come across for the last 20 + years, I can say this video did it. Sonny successfully did a "weird food in Japan" without hitting the favorites/classics (natto, raw horse, whale, fugu etc.) and truly finding stuff that I think very few people have seen in an English language video about food in Japan.

Looking at some of these comments. I'm not vegan, so let me preface by saying that. I love eating meat and will keep doing so. But some of y'all are interesting saying it's not ok to eat bears while eating bison, elk, and other animals. It's either ok to eat whatever meat you want (that's safe) or not at all. People eat bear all the time. It's extremely normal to eat the things you hunt...and i know alot of people who will take their hunted meat to restaurants to get it made into a specific meal that they themselves can't cook because it doesn't turn out the same. Y'all need to stop being so sensitive and do some research 😂 if you don't like it...guess what? You don't need to eat it 😱 Edit: it's also very common to eat horse meat in Kazakhstan. Again, do some research. It doesn't take long.

These days I was actually seeing an american couple on youtube hunting bears and freezing the meat to eat it. They even said it is a bit dangerous because of a parasite they can have and its not visible to eyes. Dont understand why people got so shocked if easterners and westerns eat this meat. The only time I got a bit shocked was seeing how aghoris in india eat sometimes. But still not that deep
@mrosegold14 сағат бұрын
@@78alJ0vle it's never that deep 😂 people need to eat and some people love meat more than others. That's their diet, their plumbing, and their life they need to worry about, not anybody outside of the person consuming the food 😂😂😂
