I saw a comment asking why does it have soup when it's fried noodles, so allow me to explain it we Indonesians normally make this noodles dry (because it's also a part of Indomie Fried Noodles) this Mie Nyemek (which means something like "soggy") is just a creative way of serving it just like in the video, the noodles isn't soupy in the end! I also cook this way with the original Mie Goreng, it's also good

As an Indonesian, i can relate on how difficult to fry the crackers. I was so surprise to see you actually pour them all out to the hot oil. I will only fry them one piece at a time to makesure they fully expand and not burnt and spend an hour to finish a package of cracker that size 😂

Saya anak pedagang gado-gado, jadi setiap hari saya goreng kerupuk udang, dan perlu di perhatiin kalo goreng kerupuk udang itu minyak jangan terlalu panas, panas hanya di awal saja dan celupin kerupuk 1 dulu buat mastiin minyaknya udh panas, kalo minyak udah panas baru api kecilin dan ambil kerupuk itu setengah genggaman tangan jangan full genggaman, dan paling penting pake saringan bukan pake sumpit yg kaya di video 😂

I've mostly been a silent watcher for a few years but thank you Yuuka-san for making these videos. On days I'm depressed, I usually skip my meals. But when i watch you eat so well and it sometimes could make me want to eat. Indomie (and ramen in general) are usually my go to comfort food, especially the spicy ones, when I dont feel like doing anything. I usually fry the crackers/senbei/kerupuk 5 at a time so it wouldnt overcrowd my wok. Finna is one of the most well known (and expensive) brands and lots of people I know love that brand

(funfact: manusia means human 😂) i burst out laughing when you pour the crackers to the pan 😭 they were supposed to be cooked 1-3 pcs for just about 5-10 seconds. i think the water can be reduced a little to just 1 L so it won't get overcooked but since you pour lots of seasoning it's fine. thank you and love from indonesia ❤

you can actually scrambled it (the egg) with a little bit of oil before adding the water, then you add noodles and seasoning, cooked it until the water reduced add a little bit of dark soy sauce (kecap manis) and done. if you had sambal, you can add that too when you scrambled the egg that will add little more color (flavour) to your dish.

Dear Yuka! Thanks for re-cooking this :) I am happy to hear that you loovee this noodle. Anyway, you are right. This noodle is also good with rice and some veggies if you want (We Indonesians also love to eat noodles with rice, lmao). And if it's too spicy for you, please adjust the ABC spicy sauce according to your taste buds. I personally prefer this noodle to be less spicy too and I can't believe you put half bottle of ABC spicy sauce 🥲🥲 Have a nice day!

mie nyumuk > nyemek 😂. its kinda cute i will use it in indonesia from now on. just for your information goreng mean no soup and rebus mean with soup you should strain the noodle after boil the noodle and then put all the condiments after. well yours still look nice though. we also sometime eat indomie with rice yuka its up to you how you want yo eat it👍

There's an Indonesian restaurant in Japan which opened by an Indonesian, there a mini market selling products from Indonesia too. Not sure it's still opened or not, know from a show focus on introducing Halal food in Japan.
