I love fish sauce and sliced chilies for bun Bo meats! Idk if you tried it but it’s yummy! Every time I film pho on the channel I always get comments people saying “thats not pho. That’s Bún”. Do you ever get those? I figured our noodles here in the states are on the thin side so it looks like bun to some 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😂

TBH, I'm not too into pho and/or noodle soup in general either, like Cantonese style noodle soup... The broth is too light for my liking which kinda makes me have a gagging reflex... I need intense flavour, like spicy Szechuan beef noodle, where it's not only spicy but its filled with flavour from the spices used.. I know pho uses similar spices but I still find it lacking in intensity.
