I am also going through a phase of feeling 'disgusting', although no one else can probably notice, my hair is falling out, I've gained weight and just not happy with how I look in most things etc - it's quite sad we feel this way but it is what it is. Hopefully things will get better.

Diana i swear i don’t know if its a collective thing but i feel so insecure at this time…. and i feel exhausted mentally and physically i know that these feelings are just a phase but they really weigh you down. I feel that no matter how much i work out i stopped for a week for a vacation and literally i hate my body now, on top of that social media triggers me so much.. and my face constantly breaks out, im just over everything, but i know we’re gonna get through it ♥️

That's all its just a choice. I also start to count my blessing and even though they are really small maybe compared to others, they are still a blessing like my healthy son and my job and my healthy mom who helps me alot with my son!
