I love how for how ever long a video is im less introverted. it's like i have a friend that will hide out with me in my room and eat great food. I don't understand why people are so hazey on what mukbang really is and how it does help people in their own ways. I remember when I was in the hospital and couldn't eat, I would watch mukbang videos to pass the time. I feel ashamed of my distaste for raw fish (the food of my people) but that's what's so great about mukbangs: being able to feed off of other's enjoyment of food.
