I am soooo glad to see you back! Missed your videos. That food looks BOMBBBBBBBBB. I also very much agree with you in regards to feeling like you have to define yourself somehow. Maybe this is more of an extreme perspective, but when I had an eating disorder years ago, part of the toughest part of recovery was becoming "normal." As in, now I was just like everybody else, didn't have something to define myself as. Again, more extreme than disliking carrots, but same idea. Everyone knew me as looking a certain way, so when I looked healthy and just like everybody else, I felt like I lost something unique (read: destructive and unhealthy).

Thien Le I think it depends on the person. For me it's way better now than it was before, but it never goes away. Still years later it can be on my mind, but I can cope. Sometimes if I'm stressed I revert back to poor habits, but never as bad as before. However as I grew up I realized what a waste of time it was and how selfish I was being, so I made a decision to get better!! Life with an eating disorder is no life at all! I would never wish it on my worst enemy.
