Chantal is positively glowing in this video. At our Holiday party last year, they had these dancers in a "Snow globe" doing their routines as background for the party. Nobody really was paying attention to them. It was the oddest thing and your stories reminded me of this. I remember that meatball song from camp when i was a kid.

AccioStethoscope Alfredo sauce! It doesn’t even exist here in Italy. Also ‘Pepperoni pizza” is not really a thing. For once we don’t call it pepperoni, but “salame piccante”. Peperoni is the equivalent of ‘bell peppers’ in Italian! It shouldn’t be ‘lasagna’ but ‘lasagnE’ But this is actually pronunciation so it’s okay ahah I can’t really think of anything else at the moment, but there are other things for sure. :) Edit: Ah yes! Mac and Cheese?! whAT is that? AHAH

AS ALWAYS love me a good mukbang on a Monday! I always know I’ll have great dinner guests for sure! 😘 but please tell Colin there definitely is such a thing as being fired/quit because it happened to me! Lol Very long story short I worked for a company where you had a district manager that had control over say 20 locations and then there was a manager below them who had control of say 5 stores in the district. So, I was quitting and put in my two weeks notice and handed it to the manager who controlled mine and 4 other stores. He tells me that the district manager will be in within the next day or two and I should give it to her. The next day comes and I have it all ready to give to her, I get the courage to do it (I’m very non confrontational so quitting was something that took me like nearly a year to do nevermind do it twice ) and I go and hand her the letter and turn around to go back to work and she asks what’s this? So I was like uuuuummmm it’s my two weeks notice ma’am and she goes wow well I guess your really eager to go? So I said no not particularly it’s just so and so told me to give it to you and she says well he called me last night to tell me about it but since your so eager to leave why wait the two weeks you can leave now. So of course I’m like no ma’am I don’t need to leave I obviously have the next two weeks allotted for this it’s no problem and she goes no get your things we don’t need anyone here who doesn’t want to be and dismissed me from my job lol and argue whatever point but that shit was granted unemployment because she didn’t allow me to finish out my two weeks so it definitely is firing lol
