Diesel cleans engine very nicely , damage is because you run the car for ten minutes , one should just start and run for 30 second and drain the diesel ! This give excellent cleaning as shown in this video and no damages. I have done few times.

केवल डीजल नहीं डालना चाहिए था, एक लीटर डीजल के साथ एक लीटर नया आयल (उसी ग्रेड का ) डाल कर आयडल स्पीड में ही एक से दो मिनट (अधीकतम) रख कर बंद कर दें और फिर दुबारा ड्रेन करदे, नुकसान नहीं होगा । एक लाख किलोमीटर पर करवाया था शानदार रिजल्ट रहा है। (सब ड्रेन होने के बाद आधा घंटा खुला छोड़ दे, और हो सके तो आयल डालने की जगह से प्रेशर से हवा मार देना, बचा कुचा जलाआयल भी निकल जायेगा)

Diesel flush results should have been done at idle engine RPM for 5 to 7 mins. What mukaish bahi has done in this video is damaged the crankshaft and baring by high revving the engine. All damage was expected. Experiment is failed because of high RPM. This experiment needs repeating with diesel used as flush at idle speed. Great work mukaish Jee

Mukesh ji Mera tata indigo tha 2 lakh km chalaaya, ab ertiga hai 2.1/2 lakh km chalaya. Mai har oil change pe, pahale ka oil nikaal deta hu aur sasta vaala oil 2 liter me eak liter diesel milaake phir daltdeta. Eak bar race karke 2 min idle choad ke oil nikaal deta hu. Phir kamse kam 3 ghante baad drain nut lagake Naya oil daaltahu. Mera ingne aur mai bahut khush hai.

Adding only Diesel and Running the Engine will have very bad impact on Lubrication as Diesel does not have lubricating properties. Add part Diesel and Lubricating Oil and then Run the Engine in Idle mode to clean it better.

You should not engage gear when you are doing engine flush. It should be kept idle. As a mechanic how can you forget that basic thing. The damage is caused mainly by engaging in gear and hard acceleration.

I too noticed the same thing. He moved the car by driving it and revved twice. This must have put a lot of fatigue on all the moving parts inside the engine and the diesel worked as cutting oil in the absence of any lubricant. He should have kept it in idle for ten minutes only. And should have used some amount of engine oil with the diesel to decrease the friction.

How do you proved it is done by diesel? It may aready be scratch before flushing with diesel. So it's best to check it before flushing and after flushing.

This is not the right way to flush engine You have to mix 2liter of diesel to 1.5liter oil if engine oil capacity is 3.5l 2:1 And you should not raise engine should leave in ideal rpm and should ideal the engine for only 4-5 mins That is the right procedure and way You did two mistake 1 using only disel 2 giving full rise

You have to add 1/2 lt oil for 2 lt of Diesel for lubrication , you don't have to put 3.5 lt of Diesel cause you need space for flushing and after flushing u have to put compressed air to get the diesel out through oil gauge & main oil lead for best results I am flushing each time when ever I change my oil, l had no problem till now, in fact after flushing the car is more smooth.

I can recall the Diesel Flush Procedure for Bikes as told by Shri Prakash Koonthe, some 20 years ago when internet was very uncommon at his Blog. As he told, Drain Old Engine oil, now fill diesel in Engine and Start the Engine. Engine should only be at Idle , and turn off engine after 20-30 seconds, now wait for few seconds and turn again. If engine gets heated, wait more before starting again. Repeat this process 20-30 times depending conditions. Finally drain the Diesel completely , fill new Engine Oil.

Your process is completely correct as per timing 20-30 seconds, but 20-30 times that one is dangarous for your machine....so if you want to flush with diesel then you can run engine for 20-30 seconds only.... engine will be cleaned

Mukesh bhai hamne video dekha par ek संशय है वो ये की engine की condition फ्लशिंग के पहले क्या थी वो हम कैसे जानेंगे ? तभी हम डीजल से फ्लश का इंपैक्ट बता पाएंगे। दूसरी बात की फ्लशिंग के दौरान इंजन स्पीड कम हो तो सिर्फ सफाई होगी और हाई स्पीड में लुब्रिकेशन लॉस की वजह से हीटिंग भी होता और यही वजह है जो इंजन मार खाती सी दिखती है इसलिए मिनिमल स्पीड बिना रेस किए और शॉर्ट duration ke liye kiya जाना चाहिए था। अब इंजन फ्लश से न करना हो तो डीजल mobile ka 50-50 रेश्यो में मिक्सचर लिया जाय तो आप की समस्या भी सॉल्व हो जावेगी और डैमेज भी नही होगा। जो हो अगर आप हमारे शहर में होते तो आपसे गाड़ी बनवाने में मजा आता 😊

Adding 100 or 200ml fresh engine oil with diesel for engine flush may not be so much harmful for bearings. I have flushed by using this method my two wheelers one Activa 3G and one Scooty pep+ of my daughter, followed by no problem.

Sorry to tell you that the procedure is not like what you did. Either engine flush or diesel, you drain about 1 quart of oil and add one quart of engine flush or diesel into the engine. Run engine for about 10 minutes, this is the correct and proven procedure

सर एक बार में इंजन को डीजल से फ्लश करने पर नुकसान नहीं हुआ होगा, ये तो हार्ड त्वरण (acceleration) के कारण हुआ होगा जो की सामान्य है जब किसी पर अचानक से दबाव डालेंगे बार बार तो इंजन पार्ट को नुकसान तो होगा ही

मुझे एक बताईए भाईसाब अगर हम ऑइल निकाल के इंजिन मे डीझल ऑइल चेंबर से लेके हेड तक 10 लिटर डाले जैसे आपणे किया वैसे ही पर गाडी को स्टार्ट नही किया और 10 मिनिटं डीझल इंजिन मे रखं के गाडी बिना स्टार्ट किये डिझेल निकाल के फिर नया ऑइल डालेनगे तो कोई दिक्कत होगी ? मेरे ख्याल से तो नही होगी आपकी राय दिजीए 🤺🤺🤺

डीजल वास अच्छा है पर गाड़ी 3मिनट से ज्यादा स्टार्ट नहीं रखनी चाहिए। बाद में सारा डीजल कचरा नीकाल देना चाहिए। हर तीन सर्वीस पर एक बार करना चाहिए हर बार नहीं रिजल्ट आपकी सोच सै बढीया आयेगा

Bro, clean it with diesel but do not start the car. Diesel is not lubricant but engine oil is. Fill diesel from top and drain from bottom couple of times but AT THAT TIME DO NOT START THE CAR .
