This is a fact service centres never accepts issues in warranty period. They always avoid to accept fault during warranty period thats why its useless to get extended warranty period. Also one should insist to service car infront of owner to avoid any theft of parts by mechanics

But you can observe the fact that in coolant too much of water is used. Oil levels obviously was never checked at all , because you have such a thick oil like that of a grease !! and that driver , seems to be terribly ignorant to push on the vehicle in spite of raucous ,rough noises until the piston broke for God's sake which is height of reckless driving. this situation of complete collapse happened due to terrible negligence.

This happens in the Hyundai services center always but the thing is that when you complain keep a prof of that in warranty period and they will solve the problem again without charging after warranty too as the problem is not solved during warranty period as a customer you should have the basic knowledge of your car and how to deal with service center high authorities main thing to deal is video prof i am telling it as we have 2019 verna and still some problem is solved after warenty too but complains were made when car is in warenty

after first few services don't service your car from company service centre , those are thugs and will never ever give proper service be it any OEM except few . change engine oil , oilfilter airfilter from outside in front of ur eyes on every routine service . For diesel cars change diesel filter between 20k-30k kilometers , check fluids everytime , you car will be working like a charm for ages . preferrably use 5W-40 semi synthetic engine oil or if u can afford go for fully synthetic engine oil , which will make the engine as new as it was first time.
