I am working in railway. My promotion was due on 11/11/2021.. but I got chargesheet on August 2021, as a result my promotion was kept on hold. Chargesheet has been disposed of with minor penalty withholding one year increment with NCE w.e.f 01/07/2022. Sir I want to know whether I will get promotion which was on hold ? stopage of both yearly increment and promotional increment is putting me under great financial loss. Please clarify , 🙏🏼

Hello sir, I was given sf11 with withholding of increment for 1 year without commulative effect. During period of punishment I got due for promotion but it was not given to me as I was under punishment. Now my question is when will be the date of promotion, if I get my regular increment (first increment after punishment gets over) on 1/7/2020? All other candidates got promotion date before 1/7/2020.kindly reply

Mera division allotment 24/12/2019 ko Hua & malda Division mila & pre-recruitment formalities v Pura kr liya. Mera training 13-04-2020 ko honi thi lekin covid-19 k Karan Nhi ho Ska. ab eastern railway HQ ne Mera Division allotment ko revise kr diya & Asansol Division de diya. Asansol Division ka adhikari bolta h Jo phle se Asansol Division m usko training m phle vejunga. Lekin wo Asansol Division ka jo phle se wha h uska v old Division allotment mere sath hi hua yani 24-12-2019 ko aur sath hi sath Mai merit m v usse kafi uper hu fir adhikari log khte tumhari training sbse last m hoga. Sir Aap bataye mujhe Kya krna chahiye? Rrb merit m uper hone K bavjud v training last m karayega. Pls reply me sir
