Mukhtiyar Ali : Nit Khair Manga

Mukhtiyar Ali is a folk singer from Bikaner in Rajasthan.
Mukhtiar blends the Rajasthani folk idiom with refined classicism to sing the poetry of Kabir. He belongs to semi-nomadic community of Mirasis, who are known for their oral tradition of Sufi singing in India. Mukhtiyar Ali is very popular in singing poetry of Kabir, Mira and Sufi poets such as Bulleh Shah.
