Homestay owners should understand that Homestay are supposed to be much cheaper than hotels. That is how it works, if hotel and homestay price would be same range, more than 99 percent people would choose hotel. People who understand this are running their homestays successfully.

Place wooden tables under the looking glass in dressing space to put luggage. Tarrif are really high for a homestay. Make it moderate so that max tourists can come & enjoy with you.

But one thing I would like to suggest though it's just a suggestion at least we should instal fans however we do not need ac or cooler because of cold temp in mountains but we should have atleast fan in the room. That's all. Otherwise it's really beautiful. Best of luck for this wonderful journey.❤

आपका होम स्टे ढीक है लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि आपने इसका किराया कुछ ज्यादा ही रखा हुआ है,शुरुआत में कम और जब बुकिंग खूब आने लगे तो धीरे धीरे बुकिंग दर को बढायें। नाश्ता, लंच और डिनर की दरें भी उसी के अनूकुल रखें।पर्यटक को सुविधाजनक और परिवार के अनुरूप रखें।बाहर आप कुर्सी और मेज भी रखें जहां बैठ कर चाय और नजारे लोग ले सकें.मनोज दुबे
