So, very clever design and constructed very quickly....too quickly. Take some time to insure proper flow of solder and use a jeweler saw to cut the shank. The tool marks left by snipping really drag this piece down. And hammering the bezel around a pearl????!!!! That's asking for disaster.

As a goldsmith student currently in a three-year practical training program, I spend a lot of time perfecting every detail in my jewelry work. Each piece takes time, but my goal is that even with magnification, it would be hard to find any mark, scratch, or flaw-a smooth, polished finish. Watching this video, I felt genuinely frustrated. Great design, but I’ve rarely seen someone work so carelessly! If he’s willing to share it online, why not put more effort into the craft? I checked the comments, hoping to find someone who really appreciates true craftsmanship!
