I noticed a "Gender" field, while you are creating the platform event, wondering what's that about??

You can find some documentation here: help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.dev_objectcreate.htm&type=5 If it is appropriate for your organization’s default language, specify the gender of the label. This field appears if the organization-wide default language expects gender
