That's a long way to go when we've got some proper roads here in Wales, have a weekend at Llyn gwynant campsite and go and explore some of the B roads in the snowdonia national Park. Might not have the weather of California but it's still breath taking and on our doorstep.

MotoGeo tours: yes, off course I learn some little detail every time i see you drive, how you use the gas and the trajectory you take……...also if you drive at your 40/60% Mulholland Highway and the views are great ,but i come from Italy (now i m living in Tenerife) and as you knows there are good streets too... i ll never be bother to see your blogs, tour or anything you post while you re driving, so thanks for this channel, it really make come the desire to get out for a ride ! Bye Ciao Jamie grazie (Ludovico)

Been watching your stuff since Siberia lol. Love your videos. I watch a couple guys from England like the missenden flyer and one other guy I forget. Anyway I always watch their vids and always remember why I hate the idea of driving or riding in England. The roads are made for wagons(5 feet wide) and it never stops freaking raining. Horrible for bikes man. You wised up and went to the riding capitol of earth....California! ! Well done. Take a ride in December when its 72 outside and remember why you did it😉. In-n-out burger every few miles. Your where you were meant to be.

These LA Canyons made me jump on a plane from Switzerland to LAX in April. Worth it! Although, The Snake is not that good. At least in a car. One suggestion: please use a wider FOV and/or a more upwards camera angle for those awesome Onboard vids. And damn, I got hungry again!

I enjoy the tours. Touring is what I live for. Arizona which is not too far away from your home has some amazing roads. Oak Creek Canyon, Mingus Mountain, and the Jerome ghost town. The devils highway SR191 that has a 100 miles of twisties. Sections of route 66 like up to Oatman. 260 out of Camp Verde, AZ has some great sweepers, Yarnell Hill, more great sweepers, White Spar on 89a just out of Prescott, AZ more great curves. The Ride to Bagdad, AZ, and many more. Lots of great places to camp, and spectacular scenery. Just an idea for a MotoGeo tour.

When I see other videos of the Ducati Scrambler line I'm left underwhelmed. When I watch Jamie's videos I want to buy one. Tours, yes please. Local tours to the western US I could do over the next couple of years but I'm retiring in just over two years and the World will be my oyster then. Between Morro Bay, Atascadero, and Paso Robles there are some inspiring roads for motorcycles... actually California is loaded with them. LOL

Jamie love that your still knocking the snott out of the scrambler .As a p potential scrambler owner a question 4u how often have your valve shims had to be changed ?.Also your still running the original suspension yet most with less off road use than you tend to swap it out asap claiming its a week point ,I presume as you never mention it it's been good ?.I'm intending to down size due to my age and the fact the scrambler weigh 80 + kilos less than what I've been using is a win win ,probably my last bike and ease of use are key features .cheers

I don't know, I don't really get that much enjoyment from riding any one particular road over and over again even if it's super technical and fun. It's fun for a few times I guess, but after that it gets boring, it becomes routine. I prefer to ride something new and unexplored. The feeling you get from an unfamiliar road is simply too good for me, not knowing what's around the next corner, not having that proverbial safety net. That's what really gets my adrenaline going.

Mulholland is kind of overrated. It's pretty short, and full of driveways and idiots trying to kill themselves. I've gone down a couple times from the Bay Area and we have plenty of roads like it up here. The weird thing is you guys have Angeles Crest which is just amazing and relatively close by, and it's a better road.

This is a very short section of Mulholland aka The Snake...it runs for many more miles towards the coast and gets a lot less traffic. It's been recently resurfaced too. I dont ride there any more on weekends, but do work and live close enough that I can get up there during a long mid-week lunch break...much more enjoyable when you dont have to share =) Bay Area/Central Coast is chock full of sweet roads. Though I dont get to the Bay very often, I do spend a lot of time riding between Ventura and Monterey Counties. You ever take 33 when you come south?
@aluisious
