I feel obliged to point out that the historical accuracy of *some* parts of the bible doesnt make the rest of the bible any more true. In fact you'd expect most of it to be relatively historically accurate, since its written by people of the time, but the most important parts - the miracles and other metaphysical phenomena - are practically impossible to confirm or deny.

(The real issue most people have with God isn’t lack of evidence it’s more often than not a heart issue)

The Historical accuracy og a document does not mean every other part of the document including The witnesses are accurate. Let me give you an example. I could write a book with 100 verifiably true historical facts, and then end it off with “and haugebauge has a million trillion dollars in his bank account.” Would you believe that? Of course not, because There is no evidence, and my witness testimony is not trustworthy - even though the document in general is historically accurate - because you dont know my biases or my agende and you ultimately dont know what goes on in my head. I could only tell the truth for my entire life, and then for one reason or another, decide to lie or Maybe hallucinate or misintepret something. Witness testimony is inherently uncertain. For everyday claims, witness testimony is generally fine, but extrodinary claims? Not so.

Wave dashing is just a timing game, don’t stress too much on it that comes with time. Team fights it’s pretty much not feeding revenge but focus on getting revenge then throw all the mixups you can haha

I know this is off topic and you probably won't respond but im really curious what you mean by the historicity of the bible I researched the old and new testaments and I'm still an atheist so I'm curious how you arose at your conclusion

I came to the conclusion that we have what the eye witnesses actually wrote based off of the manuscripts dated as far back as the first century and the Old Testament based off the Dead Sea scrolls + the Gospels quoting the Old Testament . Once I realized the text hadn’t been changed it was easier to take the content face value and when applied to my life I have confidence the Bible reflects the truth of our reality.

@Mulisious Ah, I see from my understanding that gospel authorship is debated amongst scholars, but let's say it isn't. I can't remember which ones, but I'm pretty sure some were never claimed to be written by eyewitnesses, especially since they were written in Greek and the people who are in the stories spoke Aramaic. I do know for a fact that the gospels have been changed over the centuries in some small ways in some bigger ways. And since we don't have any of the originals, it's impossible to determine how the manuscripts we do have differ from them. But does eyewitness testimony really mean that much to you? But I truly truly appreciate you taking the time to respond and mean no disrespect.

As a fellow brother in the faith who use to play for honor and miss it for its skillful play, how do you reconcile playing a game where one person kills another with what you now believe? I don’t disagree with playing the game I’m bias towards playing it because I like it. But I’m talking objectively and asking for your thoughts. I don’t have a opinion on the matter yet I’m personally still wrestling with it whether it’s right or wrong.

There’s nothing wrong with wrestling with those thoughts and I’ve had them with games in the past. Being able to discern between things that glamorize and idolize evil things vs something that just has it as part of the gameplay can be tough. Obviously no one is being killed and though it can be imaginative with its execution system I don’t think it’s something being glamorized rather just more of a showcase. Games like Diablo for instance are games I stay away from.
