Mam you said that in mullerian agenesis vaginoplasty is only option but DC Dutta has referred - vaginal dilators, McIndoe-Reed surgery can be used.

Vaginoplasty is done if required as i have said... yes,dilators can also be used before attempting vaginoplasty... Mc Indoe-Reeds, williams procedure, vecchietti procedure, davydov procedure are various types of vaginoplasty surgeries.
